How Qrdrly Works with Square

QRdrly connects directly to your Square account and uses your existing setup to build your online ordering store. This removes the need for separate menu management and ensures your online store always matches what you offer in person.

When you link your Square account, QRdrly receives permission to read your menu and update order progress.

Square is the source of truth. When you make a change in Square, QRdrly will detect it through the sync process. This includes new items, updated prices, modifier changes and availability settings.

Your team continues using the Square tools they already know. There is no separate menu system to maintain. This reduces onboarding time and ensures consistent menu logic everywhere.
