Linking Your Square Account

Connecting your Square account is the first step in setting up QRdrly. This allows QRdrly to read your menu and publish your online store.

Steps to link your account

1. Enter your business or venue name in QRdrly.
2. Select Link Square Account.
3. You will be redirected to Square to log in.
4. Approve the permissions requested by QRdrly.
5. You will return to QRdrly to finish setup.

Tip

QRdrly only requests permissions required to sync your menu and send order updates.

What happens after linking

Your Square locations become available to publish. QRdrly will be able to read your menu data and prepare your store for launch.

If you manage multiple Square locations, you will select which location to connect during publishing.

Troubleshooting

If you logged into the wrong Square account, log out of Square and repeat the process.
If permissions were denied, QRdrly cannot sync your menu. Reconnect and accept all permissions.
