Publishing Your Store

Publishing your store activates your QRdrly location and imports your live menu from Square. This process completes your onboarding and prepares your storefront for customers.

What publishing does

  • Imports your categories, items, variations and modifiers
  • Sets up your online store layout
  • Syncs availability and sold out states
  • Generates your QR code link
  • Enables ordering and further configuration in the portal

Steps to publish

  1. Select the Square location you want to connect.
  2. Confirm your publishing settings.
  3. Run the initial sync.
  4. Review your imported menu in QRdrly.

Once publishing is complete, your store is active and will stay in sync with Square.

Your next task is to structure and refine your menu in Square so it displays well in QRdrly. This includes categories, items, variations and modifiers.
