What if I don't have a Square account?
QRdrly requires a Square account because all menu data, items, variations, modifiers and order management come directly from Square. QRdrly does not provide its own menu builder. Square is the source of truth for your menu and operational data.
If you do not have a Square account, you will need to create one before you can continue setting up QRdrly.
Create a Square account
Section titled “Create a Square account”- Go to the Square website.
- Create an account using your business or personal email.
- Complete Square onboarding.
- Set up at least one location.
- Add your first items or categories so QRdrly has data to import.
Once your Square account is ready, return to QRdrly and link your account.
Why Square is required
Section titled “Why Square is required”- QRdrly reads all menu data from Square.
- QRdrly sends orders back into Square for fulfilment.
- Availability, stock levels and order states all flow through Square.
- Staff continue using the systems they already know.
This integration ensures a single source of truth and avoids rebuilding or managing menus in multiple places.
If you are not ready to set up Square
Section titled “If you are not ready to set up Square”You can explore QRdrly, but you will not be able to publish a store or test your menu until Square is connected.
