Categories
Categories in Square become sections in your QRdrly store. A clean category structure makes your online ordering experience easier for customers to navigate.
Each item must belong to at least one category for it to appear in QRdrly.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Create clear and descriptive categories
- Avoid unnecessary categories that contain single items
- Order categories so customers see your most important items first
- Keep category names consistent with your in venue menu
Category order
Section titled “Category order”The order you set in Square will be used by QRdrly. If your categories appear out of order, adjust them in Square and sync again.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If an item is missing from QRdrly, often it is not assigned to any category or it is placed inside the qr-hidden category.
