Selling Out Items

QRdrly uses Square availability to determine if an item or variation is sold out. When you mark an item unavailable in Square, it becomes sold out in QRdrly.

  • If an item or variation is marked unavailable in Square, QRdrly still shows the item but with a sold out badge. This prevents customers from selecting the item.
  • Changing the sold out state in Square will update the item in QRdrly immediately.
  • Manage availability directly from Square for accuracy
  • Use sold out states to prevent customer disappointment
  • If an item should never appear online, use qr-hidden instead of marking unavailable

If an item appears sold out in QRdrly:

  • Check if it is marked unavailable in Square
  • Check stock tracking for items with inventory enabled
