Understanding Syncing
QRdrly does not have its own menu builder. All menu data comes directly from Square. This means every change you make in Square will be reflected in QRdrly through the syncing process.
QRdrly checks for updates and imports any changes to categories, items, variations, modifiers and availability.
What QRdrly syncs
Section titled “What QRdrly syncs”- Categories
- Items
- Variations
- Modifier sets
- Modifier options
- Stock and sold out states
- Item availability
- Category order and modifier order
When syncing occurs
Section titled “When syncing occurs”QRdrly performs automatic syncing. You can also trigger a manual sync from the QRdrly portal if you want immediate updates.
What does not sync
Section titled “What does not sync”- QRdrly specific display settings
- Portal configuration such as delivery settings or wait times
These are managed inside the QRdrly portal and do not affect Square.
