Business Hours
Business hours determine when customers can place orders through QRdrly. When your store is outside the hours set in the portal, QRdrly automatically prevents ordering.
Your business hours are synced from Square and can be adjusted in the QRdrly portal. Delivery hours are separate and can be set in the delivery settings from the Location Settings page in the QRdrly portal.
Best practices

- Close earlier online if your kitchen needs pack down time
- Adjust hours during holidays or special events
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If your store appears closed, check your business hours are set correctly in Square or the QRdrly portal.
