Delivery Settings

QRdrly supports delivery for businesses that run their own delivery service. This is not third party delivery. You or your staff deliver orders directly to customers.

You can enable delivery for specific locations in the Location Settings page in the QRdrly portal.

What you can configure

• Delivery toggle
• Delivery business hours (separate from business hours)
• Delivery postcodes
• Delivery fee
• Minimum order value

These settings do not affect Square. They apply only to QRdrly orders.

When to use delivery

Use delivery if:

• You have staff available to deliver orders
• You want to offer a low cost alternative to third party platforms
• You want to control delivery quality and timing

Best practices

• Set delivery postcodes that staff can reliably cover
• Use minimum order value to manage delivery profitability
• Keep delivery business hours separate from business hours to avoid unexpected orders
